Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! While this course isn’t specifically for beginners, many of the students who enrol have no prior experience with yoga postures or meditation.
Some practices are more challenging than others, however I invite you to use your intuition as you move through the practices. You do what feels best in your body.
When does the programme start?
The course is self-paced, meaning that when you sign up you get immediate access to all content. You move through the content at your pace.
You also keep all of the content forever, so you can integrate the practices into your lifestyle and build your own yoga routine.
What if I miss a day?
If you miss a day, that’s absolutely fine! The challenge is self-paced and you get lifetime access to all content, so you can just pick up where you left off. You can also repeat the challenge as many times as you want.
I’m worried I can’t commit the time to participate in the challenge.
I have intentionally created practices that are short (10-15 minutes long) to make it easier to integrate them into a hectic lifestyle.
Within the course, I share tips on how I fit these practices into my busy schedule.
While it is highly encouraged that you initially follow the practices as they are laid out in the calendar, you keep all challenge content forever and you are invited to use your intuition to integrate the practices in the way that suits your lifestyle best.

About Me
I’m Lynsey and I am a certified yoga teacher specialising in empowering my students to transform their lives on and off the yoga mat.
I know what it’s like to be busy and feel like I am not good enough to rest. The teachings of yoga have transformed how I feel as I go through my day.
I used to think that a daily yoga practice meant spending 30 minutes to 1 hour on my mat every day working through asana (postures).
I just did not have the time or energy to commit to this, so my practice actually became LESS consistent!
Then I learned that there is more to yoga than asana. I learned that I needed to adapt my practice to suit my lifestyle.
Most importantly I learned the transformative power of my daily yoga practice.
