Sunday Yoga Classes - 5 Houston square, Johnstone PA5 8DT

These classes are suitable for all experience levels as lots of options are given - you do what feels best in your body!

Yin Yoga - 09.30am - 10.30am

In Yin Yoga poses are mainly floor based and held for around 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga is underpinned by principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has many physical, mental and emotional benefits. Yin Yoga improves joint health by targetting our connective tissues rather than our muscles, leading to increased flexibility. Yin Yoga can also reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep.


Yoga Nidra - 10.30am - 11.00am

Yoga Nidra translates as "yogic sleep" and is practiced lying down. All you need to do is to find a point of stillness and allow my voice to guide you through this meditative practice. Yoga Nidra has many benefits including: Improved sleep, reduced anxiety, boosted creativity and deep rest.
