For years I struggled with low self-worth and lack of confidence. This led to over-working, frustration and burnout. I know what it's like to be busy and to feel like you don't have time to take care of yourself. Always on the go, with no space to even think about your basic needs, never mind thinking about your deeper desires.

Over 10 years into my self-discovery journey, I now have the confidence to appreciate my gifts and use these to change the world. I commit to my passions, prioritising joy , ease and flow. Most importantly, I love myself fearlessly.
